Refund Policy

Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

To start a return or order cancellation, you can contact us at info@xgardian.com. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund along with a 25% restocking fee. 

We recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance, in the case the item arrives to our warehouse damaged, or the package is lost in transit. 

After your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection. 

If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damage, broken or manufacturer defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damage claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Photos are required for all claims. Attach 5 photos: Inner packaging, Inner boxes, Outer packaging, Shipping label on outer box, and damaged item(s). Please hold item(s) and packaging until advised to dispose. Please note replacement claims take between 5-12 days to process.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
